About Ditsch

Brezelbäckerei Ditsch GmbH is a medium-sized company producing frozen bakery goods with its head office and production site in Mainz and a further factory in Oranienbaum. Pretzel specialties, pizzas, croissants and snacks for the snack and franchise catering businesses are our daily business. The business is personally run by owner Peter Ditsch and has been in the hands of the same family for 3 generations. In the trade and shop sector, pretzel bakery Ditsch has an annual turnover of approx. 100 million euros, with above-average growth.
