The successful shop system of Brezelbäckerei Ditsch

National Retail Chain

The National Retail Chain is the Ditsch Pretzel Bakery own sales channel. Ditsch products are being offered at more than 200 outlets in busy locations such as High Streets, Shopping Centres and Train Stations. The frozen raw products are sent to the shops directly from the production sites in Mainz and Oranienbaum. The final steps, toppings and baking, then take place in the shops themselves. In front of the customers’ eyes, the products are finished off with high quality ingredients and are freshly baked. Once they have been baked the snacks are straight away placed for sale in the counter and the customers can consume them warm immediately.

Self-employed Agents (Licensees)

The shops are run by self-employed Agents (Licensees). All the relevant principles of how to optimally operate a shop are detailed in an Agency Contract. Attractive turnover commissions, constant support and high health and safety standards enable the Agency Partners together with their employees to run the daily business professionally and successfully.

Strengths that speak for themselves

All shops receive 100% Ditsch convenience products including pre-portioned ingredients. Each transaction is recorded via cash register connected to the head office, and a modern Enterprise Resource Planning system guarantees an optimal supply of the goods to the shops.

Professional Corporate Identity

The colour design of the head office, the shops, uniforms and all accessoires create the company’s corporate identity. The distinctive Ditsch logo stands for quality known brand in a very competitive fast-food market. 

  

Excellent Product Range

Besides the flagship product, the soft pretzel, Ditsch limits the product range in the shops to 15 finger-food snacks. Customers can choose between pretzel rolls, croissants and bakes with different toppings.

The selection of up to 8 different pizzas is a real indulgence and up to 7 promotional products annually brings more choice to deliberately limited product offerings.

 

A professional and creative product development team is constantly busy trying to create new and "trendy" products. The Ditsch snacks meet a wide range of tastes and are also offered at very attractive prices.
