We perform all steps in-house, from sourcing the finest raw materials to producing the final pretzels. This allows us to ensure absolute transparency, to meet strictly defined quality and safety standards and to adhere completely to our finely-tuned recipes – all of which in turn forms the basis for the trusting relationship that we enjoy with our customers and retail partners.
An independently run company, we have been part of the Swiss Valora Group since 2012. Our wide range of premium pretzel products, pizza snacks and croissant specialities are delivered to Ditsch shops in Germany and to Brezelkönig shops in Switzerland, Austria and France and to retail customers both in Germany and further afield. Ditsch is also active in the food retail sector, where our ready-to-bake frozen pretzels, pretzel sticks and pretzel rolls are sold in selected supermarkets.
