We are using “Cookies” on our Webpage. Cookies are text files placed on your device to help analyze how you use our Site. After the browser session, most of the cookies we use are deleted from your device (session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device (permanent cookies) and permit its recognition at your next visit to our Site. This allows us to better serve you with tailored information and to facilitate your on-going access to, and use of, the Site. You can prevent the storage of cookies by deactivating them via your browser settings. Please note that deactivating cookies may affect your browsing experience.
This Site uses Google Analytics with the extension "anonymizeIP()"; IP addresses are therefore truncated before further processing in order to rule out direct associations to persons.
Use of Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
Our Site uses the online marketing programme “Google AdWords”, including conversion tracking. Google conversion tracking is a service operated by Google Inc. (“Google”). If you click on adverts placed by Google, a cookie is placed on your computer for conversion tracking. These cookies have, in general, a limited validity of up to 30 days (this duration applies only for cookies, which have been set by this Site), do not contain any personal data and thus cannot be used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages on our Site and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognise that you have clicked on the advert and were forwarded to this page. Every Google AdWords customer receives a separate cookie. Therefore, it is not possible to track cookies relating to the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie serves the purpose of producing conversion statistics. This allows us to find out the total number of users who have clicked on our adverts and were forwarded to a page equipped with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which could be used to personally identify users. Processing is carried out on the basis of our justified interest in targeted marketing and analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of this marketing.
Google has submitted itself to the Swiss/EU-US Privacy Shield.
This Site measures conversions using visitor action pixels from Facebook Inc. ("Facebook").
This allows the behavior of Site visitors to be tracked after they click on a Facebook ad to reach the provider's website, enabling an analysis of the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes and their future optimization, which is our legitimate interest.
You can deactivate the custom audiences remarketing feature in the Ads Settings section at http://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences/?entry_product=ad_settings_screen. You will first need to log into Facebook. If you do not have a Facebook account, you can opt out of usage-based advertising from Facebook on the website of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance: http://www.youronlinechoices.com/de/praferenzmanagement/.
We will delete the personal data collected about you if all processing purposes have been fulfilled unless statutory retention obligations apply.
You have the right to request access to, or transfer of, the personal data we process about you, to request correction of any incorrect personal data, restriction of access to, and deletion of, personal data. Furthermore, if you believe that your rights granted by applicable data protection laws have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
For questions or queries please contact our Data Privacy Officer at: E-Mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail to Brezelbäckerei Ditsch GmbH, Datenschutzbeauftragter, Robert-Bosch-Straße 44, 55129 Mainz, Germany.
